The quotation covers only the items and specifications listed. Any additional work, variations, or changes requested by the client will be quoted separately and may affect lead times and costs.

All fabrication will be based on approved drawings. The client is responsible for reviewing and confirming all dimensions, details, and specifications before production begins.

Standard payment terms are 30 days net monthly for account customers and pro-forma for non-account.
• Late payments may incur interest at the statutory rate.
• Ownership of goods remains with the company until full payment is received.
• Swanells & Grylls Ltd reserves the right to recover any goods that remain unpaid beyond the agreed payment terms.

All fabricated items will be produced to industry standards. Any defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Defects arising from misuse, improper installation by others, or environmental conditions are excluded.

Any changes to the agreed scope must be confirmed in writing. Additional costs arising from variations will be invoiced separately.

Delivery is not included in this quotation unless otherwise stated. Delivery charges will be added to the final invoice.
• Risk transfers to the client upon delivery or collection.
• Purchased goods may be stored at Swanells’ premises for a maximum of 7 days unless otherwise agreed in advance.
• Storage beyond this period will incur a charge of £15 per euro pallet per day.

Fabricated items carry a 12‑month workmanship warranty, excluding damage caused by misuse, improper installation by others, or external environmental factors.

Orders cancelled after materials have been purchased or fabrication has begun may incur charges for work completed and materials used.

The company’s liability is limited to the value of the contract. No responsibility is accepted for consequential or indirect losses.
